iOS Click Throughs Outperform Industry Average in the U.S by 1.5X: JumpTap

Mobile Ad-Network Jumptap, released its Mobile STAT (Simple Targeting & Audience Trend) report for July, 2011 and finds that iOS CTRs outperform industry average in the U.S for H1, 2011. While iOS clocked a .78% CTR, the industry average was at .52%. Android CTR was below industry average at .47%.

Mobile marketing is relatively in its infancy, with Forrestor estimating U.S mobile marketing spend to touch $1B this year, but yet far behind the eMarketer projection of $31.3B online ad market.
